Last updated: 2 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Arteamente (arteamente.it) uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
The Site is published by Light S.r.l.s., VAT number 03770130195, Italy. You can reach us at info@arteamente.it.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and software development kits. They allow a site to remember your actions and preferences, to measure how the site is used, and to deliver advertising.
Cookies set by us are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company through our Site are called third-party cookies.
2. How we ask for consent
When you first visit the Site, a consent banner asks you to accept or refuse each category of non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot work without them. No analytics, advertising, or affiliate cookie is set before you consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Our consent banner is provided by [CONSENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM] and records your choice, the date, and the version of the policy in force.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies (always active, no consent required)
These keep the Site working and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other websites.

3.2 Preference cookies (consent required)
These remember choices you make so that the Site behaves the way you expect.
- Language and translation preferences, where you use the translation feature. Activating translation may also load Google cookies described in section 3.4.
- Social sharing buttons, which record aggregated share counts. Cookies from the social networks themselves (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp) are set only if you click a button, and are governed by those networks’ own policies.
3.3 Statistics cookies (consent required)
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC, integrated through the Site Kit plugin. Site Kit itself does not set tracking cookies; it enables the following.

Data is used in aggregated form to understand which content is read and how visitors arrive. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
3.4 Advertising cookies (consent required)
Google AdSense and Google’s advertising partners use these to select the advertisements you see and to measure their performance.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |

3.5 Affiliate cookies (consent required)
We participate in the Amazon Associates Program. When you click an affiliate link, the merchant sets a cookie so that a later purchase can be attributed to us and a commission paid. Amazon uses a twenty-four hour attribution window. We do not receive information about what you buy or who you are.
These cookies are set by the merchant on its own domain, after you leave our Site. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Amazon’s privacy notice.
3.6 Email marketing cookies (consent required)
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) is our newsletter provider.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|

Brevo | Recognize a visitor and associate them with an existing Brevo contact | 1 year |
sib_cuid |

Brevo’s privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
3.7 Anti-spam
Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms against automated abuse. It collects hardware and software information and may set cookies. Google states that reCAPTCHA information is used to improve the service and is not used for personalized advertising. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
3.8 Embedded content
Pages may include embedded content from third parties such as video platforms, maps, or social networks. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that third-party site directly and may set its own cookies and track your interaction with it. We load embedded content only after you have consented.
4. How to control cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. Instructions are available in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Because cookie choices are stored in the browser, you need to repeat them on each browser and device you use, and after clearing your cookies.
5. Additional controls for advertising
- Google ad settings: adssettings.google.com
- Digital Advertising Alliance (United States): optout.aboutads.info
- Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada: youradchoices.ca/choices
- Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
- Your Online Choices (Europe): youronlinechoices.eu
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires us to treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing. See Your Privacy Choices.
6. Changes
We review this Cookie Policy whenever we add or remove a service. The date at the top shows the last revision.
